Rubio said in his submission that the orders of the court “had already been disturbed by quiet diplomatic efforts and worsened internal political and security divisions in Libya.
The command also threatens to “demolish the efforts to restore a productive employment with Juba,” the capital of South Sudan, he said.
Rubio said before the intervention of the court that the Government of Southern Sudan had refused to accept the nationover of South Sudan, but since then “has taken steps to cooperate with the US Government.”
Third, Rubio said that the “inflict damage” command in Djibutia, which is “strategically located in the African horn” with the only American military base on the African continent.

In the second submission, the administration asked the court to “reconsider” its order and “highly burdensome requests”.

The flight left Texas earlier this week with eight migrants from Mjanmar, Laos, Vietnam, Cuba, Mexico and South Sudan.
Murphy made the verdict on Tuesday night after the lawyers of immigrants from Mjanmar and Vietnam accused Trump’s administration of illegally deporting their clients to third -party countries. They claim that there is a court order that blocks such removal.
Murphy’s verdict said that the Government “must maintain custody and control over the members of the class currently transferred to southern Sudan or to any other third country to ensure a practical execution of return if the court determines that such removal was illegal.”

Rubio announced In April that the US will revoke visits possessed by the owners of the southern Sudan passports, and no others will be issued, attributing to the change “failure of the transitional government in southern Sudan to accept the return of its returned citizens in a timely manner,” the statement published at the time said at the time.
