When it comes to CDN, Perez said “they are engaged in grotesque behavior”, such as beating and abduction and “will keep everyone on their way” whether they are Americans or otherwise.
“What I can tell you about the Noresta cartel, they are no different from any other cartel outside, the cartel of Sinalo. They are all deadly cartels. They all go to the fentanil. They all traffic in drugs. They trade in humans,” he explained.

Putting CDN’s leadership, Perez said that Trump’s administration is effectively weakening the cartel, creating a vacuum of strength that will cause a conflict that will further SAP’s power of organization.
