Zac brown He is aware of the many victims given by members of the service and their families. Because of this, he meets the veterans before his shows and pays tribute to the stage.
“They are such amazing people,” Brown told Fox News Digital. “Their stories are so inspiring, taking them to the stage and sharing only a moment of gratitude with them for the whole crowd, and everyone in the crowd cheer them and just remind them that all their victims are appreciated. I have many friends in the military. I have lived with many of them over the years, and they are Ultimate.”
On Memorial Day, Brown will set Brown on American Music Awards with the Easy Day Foundation with a veterans’ inaugural award for his “unwavering support to the Veterans Community”.
“This award means a lot to me because of the consciousness it will create for our veterans programs,” Brown explained for Fox News Digital. “The more people who are aware of how much they deserve that these amazing people are, it helps them more.

“They are such an amazing, dynamic people who make a lot of sacrifice from their family, the quality of their family life when they return home, mental wellness, all these things to be free and capable of being here.”

Brown says that many people do not even think of the victims of the service members “only so we can live in such an incredible country where we feel safe. Honor and privilege is to get back to them.”

“We work 34 weeks of veteran programs,” Fox News Digital told. “We serve the Warrior Path Bernie Marcus program at our camp. We were one of the first campuses who were chosen to serve their program. They help in the transition to and from service and help to serve those with PTSD and other challenges that they return home. And help them find a community and purpose and what their new lead will be.”
The camp also has a program for the Warrior song through which “we help them tell their story, and they may not be comfortable talking to civilians. But they will tell their story with some incredible talented songs so they can sing their story or can help someone and help them share that part and get it out of the shadow, because many of them have only in the second part.”

Camp Southern Ground is also hosting a family camp, which Brown says helps members of the service “to see their family as their unit when they return.”
“It helps them to have tools. It helps them to be other veterans and their families, and spend time learning how to see their family as their unit and have tools to integrate together so that they can have a successful marriage and successful parenting to be well,” he explained.
“I’m really, really proud of all the things we do there.”

The veteran voting award was created to highlight artists like Brown, who use their platforms to help veterans.
The singer “Chicken Fried” says it is difficult to single out the personal story told by a service member because he heard so many incredible anecdotes.
“My friend Ollie told me the story of thinking about things and that she never wanted his demons to be behind him. He wants them to be tied up in front of him so he can see them and know when trying to get out and get out of his chain, and he knows he could have been aware of it,” Brown said. “It’s a daily choice to win these things.”
Other veterans also told him how much music meant to them while they were served.
“Our active duty and our veterans provide our safety so that we can do it so we can live an American dream.”

The band ended up recording a music video for his song “Free” at that base.

“As soon as we pulled out our guitars and speakers, and we started playing music, it was as if the light had turned on their eyes and reminded them of what they were struggling for and what they were doing,” he explains. “The things we ask them to do. We spent 10 days there, and they give years and years of victims for our country so that we can be free here and enjoy our lives. These stories and we remember that we are around these amazing people, it is moving me, and it is important to thank me to the people who protect us.”
It is especially significant that Brown will be honored on the day of memory.

“It is important that Americans are pausing on Memorial Day because a lot of people fought and died and suffered our freedom, and I am grateful that the American Easy Day Foundation make the point of recognition during the event on Monday,” he said.
“People can complain about America, complain about everything, but they did not go and live in other countries,” he added. “Most of them have not gone to live and see how it is in other places in the world. There are challenges in America with anything that you will do and achieve, but you can do things here you can’t do anywhere else.”
He says that people in the United States can “live that American dream regardless of the background, regardless of your history, to create an incredible life for themselves,” adding that veterans provide security “so we can live an American dream.

“Getting music for life is one of the greatest things in my life,” he said. “Such a privilege is to do what I like to do. And I couldn’t do it if we had no freedom here and that is because of our veterans and our services.”

Money raised for the Easy Day Foundation It will also benefit from other veterans organizations across the country, including Bob Woododruff Foundation, boots campaign, congress medal for honor, Fisher House, Foundation of the Folded Flag, Iraq and Afghan Veterans of America, Team Rubicon and the UNLV Center for Military and Veterans Services.
Part of the ticket sales will use the Easy Day Fund and his partners, and part of the audience sits in Amaas will be reserved for veterans.
