Trump administration expands deportation efforts with new ICE tactic

Officers of immigration and customs implementation (ICE) launched an initiative throughout the country to start arresting illegal immigrants at their hearing for immigration and asylum, Fox News learned.

The effort targets illegal immigrants who have been in the US for less than two years. DHS strategy It is to reject their immigration case, arrest the migrant, and then put them in the accelerated deportation process.

The initiative requires DHS to give up cases because migrants cannot be expressed for accelerated removal if they have a waiting case.

Fox News Digital Sources, on the condition of anonymity, say that Americans should expect to see “much more” of these types of arrests.

The new policy is likely to lead to a jump deportation of migrants who did not illegally commit crimes, except that they illegally crossed the US-Mexico border. Trump’s administration has so far focused their efforts to deport illegal immigrants who have been convicted of other serious crimes.

Politics news is coming because the Ministry of Homeland Security is in several court battles regarding his efforts to deport.

Federal judge on Wednesday ruled that DHS broke A court command in the sending of an eight illegal immigrants to southern Sudan this week.

US District Judge Brian Murphy ruled that migrants – who were all convicted of crimes ranging from murder to robbery – did not properly get “interviewing credible fear.” Interviews allow migrants to deport themselves to the ground of third parties to claim they will send them.

Murphy said he was investigating whether they could deport their interviews in southern Sudan, and not immediately return to the US.

Murphy has previously discovered that all plans for deporting people to Libya would be “clearly” violating his judgment regarding third -party deportations, which also applies to people who otherwise exhausted their legal appeals.
