California man The accused of killing a man was released from prison last week at the end of 2024. Because of his mental health, according to Sacramento County Sheriff Office.
Jordan Murray, 25, has been charged with murder in May 18th, the death of a 40-year-old man in the Fair Oaks area, Sheriff’s office said.
In May and June 2024, Murray allegedly committed two violent robberies that landed him in prison, but was released in November 2024. After the courts approved “diversifying mental health”.
“Just six months after release from prison, Murray committed this completely prevented murder,” Sheriff’s office said.

Sheriff’s office said that MPs responded to the attack on Sunday around 8pm on Fair Oaks Boulevard, where the victim was found in the field in the parking lot with more stab wounds. A measure of life saving were attempted, but he died at the scene.
Detectives for murder and investigative crime investigators began to collect evidence and interview witnesses and learned that Murray and others were involved in the physical argument where the victim was earlier that day.
The victim left, who then interrupted the fight, but later came across Murray and one of the others from the quarrel.
Murray allegedly removed the knife out of his pocket and began to swing him on the victim, leather him at least once in his chest, causing “death wound,” the police said.

It was located on Tuesday morning at South Sacramento County and was taken into custody without an incident.
When announcing the latest arrest, Sheriff’s office said Murray had robbed a dollar tree in May 2024 and another job at Fair Oaks in June 2024.
During Both robberies, Murray allegedly sprayed an employee in the face of an “unknown caustic chemical” before he escaped. The MPs arrested him as he ran from another robbery on an electric bicycle.

Murray was arrested and reserved in Sacramento County Central Prison on Tuesday, where he kept without a bail.
Prison records show that it is now accused of murder and the criminal offense of robbery, above the previous two charges of robbery. He will appear in court on Thursday.
