Conditional discharge for Brothers Menendez It was postponed for August, according to California officials.
Lyle and Erik Menendez should now appear at the hearing of probation on 21 August and 22 August, spokesman for the California repair and rehabilitation department, confirmed for Fox News Digital.
The hearing was originally set up for June 13th.

Earlier this month, the California government. Gavin Newsom’s The office said that the brothers’ hearing turned into a hearing of probation after the governor had withdrawn his request for investigation.
Although the Conditional Freedom Committee will recommend whether the two men will be obtained early edition, News can still approve or deny the decision.

“I have been resting from my break to confirm the news that has been published today,” the Post reports. “The date of hearing for conditional freedom was postponed until 21 August.”
“Considering the fact that seekers for conditionally release statistically have a much harder time to approve of conditionally, it gives the guys and their lawyers more time to prepare and give them the best opportunity to be an exception to the rules! This is a good thing,” the post added.
Two brothers were abolished by the Los Angeles District Judge Michael Jesic earlier this month to 50 years to life, which makes them acceptable for conditional freedom. Jesic’s decision to stab the brothers opened the door for a conditional hearing to determine if they should be released.

The couple was originally sentenced to life without conditional discharge for a 1996 belief after Their parents’ murder 1989.
The brothers claimed that the murders were taken into self -defense after years of abuse from their father. They spent 35 years behind bars.
