Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with Ukrainian President Vlodomyr Zelenskyy on Sunday in Rome on permanent peace negotiations as war between Russia and Ukraine continue.
“During our conversations, we talked about negotiations in Istanbul to where the Russians sent a delegation of non-Decizian homes of low levels.
