The person believes responsible for attacking an attack on a fertility clinic in Southern California Saturday before the explosion of investigators, according to an enforcement officer.

Rhino Williams, 47, said he chatted with customers at a hotel restaurant that he helped to manage only a block when he heard a big boom. Everyone who hits, Williams said, and he was nailed to the scene to see if someone needed.
Williams covered his nose with his clothes as he smelled burning plastic and rubber. He said he saw a building “run” on the streets, with bricks and debris scattered anywhere, and he saw the roof of the car in the parking lot.

Williams immediately runs to examine other buildings. Multiple windows in neighboring liquor store also run. Once he saw the authorities came, Williams went to the hotel, he said.
