Crime rates on board Cruise ships The abandonment of the US reached a two-year maximum, and one expert says it creates a “dark cloud” for passengers.
According to data from Traffic DepartmentCharges on 48 crimes were recorded on the cruise ships from January 1, 2025 to March 30, 2025. Twenty -three incidents reported rapes, 10 were sexual attacks, and seven were attacks, which was supposedly on a cruise ships.

“Sometimes, cruise lines do not want to report on these data at the front end, depending on what kind of crime is, which brings them unhappy attention, just as it would be when we have planes or delays on the planes we now have,” McDonald said.
“All these negative vibrations and negative information put a dark cloud over the industry, an industry that wants people to get there and wants to comfortably spend their money.”

McDonald said the cruise of crime were more prone to the number of people full of people in a tight area.
“I think whenever we gather a large number of people, whether it’s a super bowl game or in the World Series or NBA finals or graduates, or whatever we have gathered, whenever alcohol is involved, whenever people can let go a little from their usual personality, I think it’s a worse ability to do so.”

On March 21, two illegal immigrants were arrested after allegedly abused a minor while on the ship of the royal Caribbean cruise, which was sailed from Miami.
Jose Prudencio Diaz (36) and Ricardo Daniel Monddragon Leal, 37, were charged with abuse and exhibition of children after an incident on the independence of the royal caribbean.

The victim was identified as a 14-year-old boy who told the police that he was in the ship’s sauna when Diaz and Leal allegedly began to masturbate before him.
According to the records from Sheriff’s Miami-Dade, Diaz and Leal forced the victim to touch them. Leal also allegedly forced a minor to perform a sexual act.
Said Minister of the Ministry of Internal Security Kristo Noem in fast On X: “We’ll take these patients out of our country.”

Carnival Cruise Line placed 24 passengers on a “not sailed list”, forbidding them to board any of the company ships. Carnival Cruise Line spokesman previously told Fox News Digital that he did not tolerate violence.

“The matter is dedicated to the implementation of the law,” a spokesman said. “We will not tolerate such behavior, and 24 people are located on our Don Nea Sail list.”
