AND Dallas Mavericks They won Cooper Flagg Sweepstakes earlier this week when they secured the first overall selection of this year’s NBA draft.
Mavs have already insinuated that the selection is not available in the store, and all the signs indicate them Duke star.
This is a rescue for Dallas, who traded Luka Doncic during the season.
Since the Mavericks had only 1.8% chance of getting the first choice, it is speculated that the lottery was set.

Either way, it’s a big reinforcement for Mavs, who only get a fourth player who will win a Wooden Award as a freshman, joined Kevin Durant, Anthony Davis and Zion Williamson.
However, Stephen A. Smith said Flaggva skill is not the only reason to choose it.
“When you have someone with such a potential, and they are white and you are in America, hold that guy. Now I tell you,” Smith said on Wednesday, the “First Take” edition.
Smith pulled back then, noting that Mavsi should not choose Flagg strictly because he is white.

“The first line of business is that he can ball,” Smith added. “This is because he can play, but the fact that he is white, the market – even his name makes him market. I don’t transmit it at all.”
Smith comments echo to some about Caitlin Clark last year, especially Wnba mvp a’ja wilson.
“I think it’s a huge thing. I think many people can say it’s not a black -white, but, in my opinion, that is,” Wilson said at the time. “It’s actually because you can be top -notch in what you are blacks, but maybe it’s something people don’t want to see.
“They do not see it as a market, so it doesn’t matter how hard I do. It doesn’t matter what we all do as black women, we’ll still be swallowed under the rug. That’s why our blood is boiling when people say it’s not about a race because it is.”
