“Although the court considered to be appropriate to reject his latest charges, Hyrum Baquedano-Rodriguez was convicted of numerous crimes in Virginia and is an unpleasant danger to our residents of Virginia,” said Leda Washington, DC, DC director Russell Hott.
Officials said his accusations include the abduction of a person with the intention of defiling and burning, entering the house in murder, rape, etc.

“Each of his verdicts represents another of our neighbors who sacrificed Baquedano-Rodriguez. Ice Washington DC will continue his priority by public safety by arresting and removing criminal offenders from our Washington, DC and Virginia communities,” Hott said.
ICE officials said Baquedano-Rodriguez was first arrested by US agents of the Border Patrol on August 25, 2018, after entering illegally into the United States near Yuma in Arizona.
Baquedano-Rodriguez was then released at an immigration bond by the DOJ judges in Eloyu, Arizona on January 2, 2019.
The Fairfax district police arrested Baquedano-Rodriguez 9 November 2021 and accused him of three points rude freedoms, including the presentation of the genitals to the child and the rude exposure.
Virginia Glenn Youngkin Government said the main priority of his administration was “Virginian Protection”.
“Virginian protection was the main priority of our administration from day one, and this should be a priority for every leader at the federal, state and local levels,” said Youngkin. “This is why the home security work group in Virginia is so important. I am grateful to our law officials at all levels that they have worked hard to make Virginians and Americans safe, and I will always stand with them.”
Homeland security also confirmed his arrest and said Baquedano-Rodriguez remained in the detention on ice.

Officials said Baquedano-Rodriguez was convicted in September 2022 to enter the property with the intention of damaging the General Court of Fairfax District Court and sentenced to 18 months in prison and imposed restitution.
Less than two weeks later, officials said the court for minors and family relations of the Fairfax County Relations had convicted him of the messy behavior and contribution to the delinquency of a minor, and was sentenced to 12 months in prison for any conviction.
Baquedano-Rodriguez was again convicted, the official announced, in March 2023. To enter the property with the intention of damaging the Fairfax County General and sentenced to 12 months in prison.
At that time, in June 2024, officials said that the DOJ Immigration Judge in Annandale, Virginia, ordered Baquedano-Rodriguez removed from the United States to Honduras.
On May 2, 2025, the court for minors and domestic relations of Fairfax distributed the accusations of Baquedano-Rodriguez for the abduction of a person with the intention of defiling and burning: entering the house in murder, rape, etc.
However, later that day, officers with Ice Washington DC arrested him in Fairfax, Virginia, and served him a removal order. Baquedano-Rodriguez remains in a custody of the ice.
This is not the first time that Fairfax district officials have announced Honduran National with a criminal background.
Last April, Fairfax County repeatedly published a Honduran national charged with sexual crimes and neglected a request for detention.

“This Honduran Noncitizen is charged with very serious crimes and represented a threat to children of Washington, DC areas,” Ice said. “When local jurisdictions have policies that forbid them cooperation with ICE ERO and respect our lawfully detained and administrative orders, they put suspects, law enforcement officers and most importantly, members of our local communities at risk.”
Ice said it was unknown when and where he was in the US in the US, the agency said that a man was arrested and repeatedly released under charges of sex crimes with a child.
The Ministry of the Ministry of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, vowed to continue “continuing to quarrel every day” to secure the border.
“100 days ago I laid the oath to serve this country as a secretary for Homeland Security. I will continue to fight every day with President Donald Trump to secure our border and guard the US community. This is only the beginning of the golden age of America. God bless this great country,” Noem wrote in the post on X.
