Bondi, Mizelle and Dhillon said their investigation would include “a comprehensive overview of all relevant policies and HCAO practices that could include illegal consideration of the race in bringing prosecutors.”
Dhillon also approved a “complete investigation to determine whether HCAo was involved in the form or practice of deprivation of persons of rights, privileges or insured immunity or protected by the Constitution or the laws of the United States. ”

We would appreciate your cooperation in our investigation.
