“It is a very low standard to go through a preliminary hearing to bind you to a trial,” he added. “This is not the highest standard, which is on trial beyond a reasonable doubt.”
Kraut said one of the witnesses admitted that he was chased by Bohm ua Incident to rage on the road He says he contributed to the collision.

He added that witnesses had substantiated his client’s claim to go “70 miles an hour, not 104”, “before the collision”, and each fact he had confirmed was. “

“This is a terrible, terrible case for all – victims, family,” he said. “It’s a terrible event. Both my client’s family and my client feel upset about what happened.
