A man from South Caroline has deliberately crossed over three people on Sullivan Island on Thursday afternoon, according to an arrest statement received by Fox News Digital.
Justin Collin Adams is charged with three points of attempted murder and one point of the aggravated first -degree attack for allegedly crossing the parent and two children in Presbyterian Church The parking lot just before 1pm on Thursday, according to court records.
Adams said arrest statement that the 36-year-old Carjacked his mother on the toe and threatened to cut her face before taking control of her vehicle and accelerated toward the school playground.

Special services SGT. Matthew Storen from the Palms Island Police Department, who brought Adams to custody after Thursday night on Thursday night, Fox News Digital said on Friday to hold Adams without a bond for attempted murder, and a $ 100,000 bond for aggravated charges.
Storen said the motive for the attack remains unknown.
“We had more air assets. We had sea units, boats. We knew it was last seen in the wetland area,” Storen said about Manhunt. “The helicopter was in the air. One of Sergeant Sullivan’s Island was in a helicopter to keep the pilot with local knowledge. They worked low passes.”

The Sullivan Police Directorate and the Palms Island Police Directorate launched a search for Adams, but state and federal entities for law enforcement have provided their support.
These agencies included the Sullivan’s Island Police Directorate, FBI, Navy Criminal Investigation Service (NCIS), Department of Laws in South Carolina (Stid), Natural Resources Department (DNR) and US Marshal Service.
Storen said that the authorities identified Adam on the red shirt he was wearing and that the helicopter got a look at him trying to hide under a boat with a boat connected.
