Trump’s administration on Thursday asked Supreme Court to override the lower court verdict and let it move forward with the end of protection for hundreds of thousands of Venezuelan nationals in the United States
The Government asks the High Court to block the verdict on the march from US District Judge Edward Chen who has postponed the President Donald TrumpThey plan to abolish the protection of temporary protected status (TPS) for about 350,000 Venezuela nationals who live in the US and would otherwise expire in April.
General lawyer USA John Sauer asked Justance on Thursday to allow the administration to continue, accusing Chen of incorrectly to fall in the powers of the executive for immigration policy.
“The explanation of the District Court is unsustainable,” Sauer told the High Court, adding that the program “involves special discretionary, sensitive and foreign policy, the verdict of the executive authority regarding the politics of immigration.”

“The decision to delay the proceedings of the secretaries effectively annuls them, binding them to the court speculation that Congress forbidden,” he said about the lower court command. “The district court should remain a preliminary ban.”
It is a TPS program that allows individuals to live legally and work in the US if they cannot work safely in their country because of the disaster, armed conflict or other “extraordinary and temporary conditions”.

Homeland Security Minister Kristi Noem abolished the program for Venezuelan nationals February 1, encouraging an emergency lawsuit and a Chen’s command that delayed him from strength.
The lower court judge found prosecutors from the National TPS National Association in deciding that the abolition of the TPS program, which was extended in 18 months, “unprecedented”, and suggested that the sudden breakdown “was based on negative stereotypes” about Venezuelan migrants-which was packed in their fad.

“Strong condemnation of Bandi violence and a broad test of the integrity of the immigration practice of previous administration, including potential abuse of TPS program, do not express discriminatory intentions,” Sauer said, describing the descriptions of Judge Chena as “Cherry” and “wrongly shown” as “racially sliced.”

The Supreme Court would allow Trump’s administration to move forward with the plans to immediately remove these migrants, which Sauer claimed they should be able to do so. Prosecutors have until Thursday to respond to the Supreme Court.
