CNN Anchor John Berman quoted authors Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes’ Reporting in her book on the presidential campaign that Coons knew that Biden’s discussion was bad, but still decided to accuse her democratic colleagues for “humidating the bed” because they expressed concern about the former president.

“Now, there are some people who wrote about it, including Jim Geraghty In the national review, which they say, if you felt that way, you may not have criticized Democrats for their reservations towards President Biden. Do you want you to do things differently at this point? “Berman Coons asked.

“Obviously, if I had the idea that President Biden would perform as bad as at that discussion, I would advise him differently and advocate otherwise. That discussion about the discussion was the first time I saw something like this of President Biden,” Coons replied.

“He was a strong and capable president, and he still had strong public appearances, interviews, and the next day he went to North Carolina and spoke to the rally, but I was shocked. I was honestly surprised by the performance that night and wrestled with what it meant for our journey forward,” Berman said.

Allen and Parnes wrote that Coons had received several texts from his colleagues who pointed out that Biden was “terrible” and that he was expected to respond to the president.

The excerpt from the book reads: “Now, he is swollen with a jet, he found himself in an unusual position of the protection of bidet from democratic senators. He knew, as a Biden type in their chamber, he would not be able to give any country. If he had done so, it would only feed Frenz.”

According to the book, Coons admitted that he saw what his colleagues saw, and knew the president “S — bed” in the discussion.

The Democratic Senator regularly defended Biden when he pressed concerns about the president’s age and fitness throughout the campaign.

In an interview with Fox News’ “Story” before discussing in early June, Coons rejected reporting from the Wall Street Journal, who cited the legislators who thought the former president showed signs of falling.

“I think they misunderstood it because they did not use quotes from us who serve with President Biden, who knew him, who had the opportunity to closely and personal at meetings at the White House or at events publicly or privately, to give an affirmation that he was sharp, hired and commanded,” he said.

After the discussion – as Democrats and several media votes, including the editorial board of the New York Times, invited Biden to give up the race – Coons talked to CNN July 1 and asked that everyone who believed that they were calling to give up the best way to “divert”.
