It has been revealed that the University of Pennsylvania “broke the title IX by depriving women equal opportunities by allowing males to compete in female athletics and occupy intimate contents only for women” Department of Education The Civic Rights Office (OCR) announced on Monday.
OCR said to give the University 10 days to be in accordance with the title IX or risk facing criminal instructions on Ministry of Justice.

“The girls looking at Riley Gaines and Paula Scanlan can find hope in today’s action – Trump’s administration will not allow male athletes to attack women’s private spaces or compete in women’s categories,” a Council said in a statement.
“Undnn can decide: to do the right thing for their students and immediately appear completely compliance with the title IX, or to continue to progress an extremist political project that violates the Federal Antdiscrimination Law and puts into danger of Undrovan’s funding.”
Fox News Digital addressed the University of Pennsylvania for comment.
OCR requested the school to issue a statement on its intention to follow the title IX together with two other key actions.

“Return to all athletes all individual athletic records, titles, honors, rewards or similar recognition for the competition for the division swimming and who are male athletes competing in women’s categories.
“Send a letter to any athlete whose individual recognition is renewed by expressing an apology on behalf of the University to allow her educational experience in athletics to be interfered with by sexual discrimination.”
The question came from the participation of Lia Thomas on the women’s swim team during the 2021-22 season, becoming the first transgender woman to win the national championship. Thomas broke more records at school.
Paula Scanlan, former Thomas teammate at the time, described in detail the Congress’s legislators with which she had to face Emotional testimony of 2023.

Since then, President Donald Trump has signed an executive order to ban biological males from female and maiden sports. NCAA changed her policy in an attempt to adhere to, but the advocates of the female sport said that the change did not go far enough.
