Online shopping isn’t satisfying consumers’ needs for retail therapy anymore, survey shows



They say no one wants to want the retail treatment, but what happens when online marketing feels like missing its spark?

Well, more than 3 of 4 consumers say that while e-commerce is “function,” it is no longer fun, a new study of Critoo.
