A group of brave good Samaritans welcome as heroes after getting into the salvation of women and two young children than what could be a devastating situation Out of Jacksonville in Florida, Motor vehicle department.
The incident occurred on March 12th in the DMV parking lot of North Main Street.
According to Sheriff’s Jacksonville (JSO), witnesses saw a man trying to take herself to SUV, while a woman was desperately trying to remove her two young children, only two years and 6 months old, from the back seat.
Investigators say a man, later identified as 26-year-old Yanni Human, drove “against women’s will, dragging her and one of the children through the parking lot.”

What happened was Nothing less than extraordinary.
“More than a dozen Jacksonville Good Samaritans stepped during a dangerous situation, potentially saving her mother and two children of serious injury or worse,” JSO wrote in a Facebook post described by the incident.

Without hesitation, passers -by rushed, managing to pull the woman and the children safe as the vehicle continued to move. The man escaped from the scene, but not before the witnesses provided a detailed description and the number of the SUV 911 registration tile.
Officers of the JSO Working Group used this information, together with the supervisory recordings to find and arrest the man later that day at a nearby shopping center.
Now he is facing Multiple criminal offenseIncluding children and false prison, as well as the costs for the battery, possession of marijuana and resisting the officer without violence.

Authorities deserve the quick thinking and courage of passers -by with the prevention of potential tragedy.
“This situation could end with a tragedy. Your JSO is grateful for the fast action and the courage of the good Samaritans who enhanced and helped to bring the suspected justice,” the post added.
The Sheriff’s office did not publish the names of those who intervened, but their actions caused the Community praise.
