The Federal Prosecutors declared the intention of requesting a death sentence against Luigi Mangione, according to a court document filed on Thursday night.
The submission was obtained on Thursday by Courthouse News Service. Comes a week after Mangionone was charged on federal costs.

“Luigi Nicholas Mangione intentionally and especially involved himself in the act of violence, knowing that ACT created a serious risk of death to a person,” the document reports.
