Chick-fil-A diet helps man lose 132 pounds, he says of his dramatic weight loss

A few days later, Carroll’s wife Morgan decided to pick up a chick-fil for dinner and asked her husband for his command. His surprising answer was a spicy salad in the southwest.

“They became my support system,” he said. He called them his “biggest fans.”

Carroll said he felt safely sharing his weight loss with employees.

“It was a zone without a judgment,” he said, “and I knew it would be positive no matter what I told them.”

Kelly Springer, a registered dietitian based in Skaneateles in New York, said Carroll makes it get protein, vegetables, nutrients and vitamins and “know exactly what his calories are.”

She added, “With that consistency, he could have seen this change over time.”

“I was able to maintain this by holding on my salads every day, making homemade salads for dinner, eating a slight breakfast and practicing an hour at the gym almost every day,” he said.
