‘Home Improvement’s’ Richard Karn’s diet success prompts warning to ‘pay attention’

“Improvement of the House” Star Richard Kron is pleased to lose weight, but does not want to become the whole focus of his life.

Karn, who joined with a lawn care company, Domyown, lost 30 pounds last year with his wife, and the couple still follows their diet “As much as we can”.

“When something is strict, he can’t become a whole lifestyle for me,” he told Fox News Digital. “I mean, you have to go,” Well, you know what? I would really enjoy this piece of cake, or would like a slice of pizza. ”

He continued, “So, obviously everything is in moderation. I think Oscar Wilde said everything worth doing is worth doing. But I think it can be a lot of people in trouble. But he warned, “You can get into problems with drinking too much water.”

“Pilates helps me a lot in Golf, because you need to turn around,” he said. “You have to be able to have a hip and knee flexore and everything that works, and that helps me with golf. The actor is a new spokesman for the company and, restricted time, will be available as a resource for lawn care advice.

“I have always appreciated the beautiful, beautiful landscape gardens, such things. I grew up in Seattl. Seattle is a big city for it, taking care of your lawn, worrying about flowers and around your house. I think it is important because it shows you to worry about trying to keep that routine,” he said.

As a fan of the landscape, Karn said that the biggest thing that people could do to maintain their yard in good shape to understand what they really grow.

“Probably more than three quarters of people who have lawns really don’t know what grass they have,” he explained. “They don’t know if they have Kentucky Bluegrass or a high fescue or Zoysia or St. Augustine. “Before ‘Improvement of the House,” my whole work was in the theater. I was in New York.
