Private security guards seen on a video that forcibly removes activists from a meeting of the Idah city town hall in Idah.
On Monday, the Coeur D’Alene City Prosecutor’s Office said that five men associated with a private security company faces a number of costs, including batteries, false prison and violations of security agent, said Associate Press.

Paul Trouette, Russell Dunne, Christofer Berg and Jesse Jones were charged with a misdemeanor battery, False constipation and a violation of the duties of security agents and uniform requests.

All five men are related to the private safety company Lear Asset Management, which seized the city after the City Hall, AP reported.
