NFL Draft: Ashton Jeanty likens father’s military service to combine process

Ashon Jeanty managed to pick up a “little” lesson from his father on the eve of the NFL draft.

Soon in the first round of acceptance hear his name called In Green Bay on Thursday night and fulfilled his lifelong dream to be a professional.

But his father Harry served in the Navy and it was not an easy process to join.

“Before you get into the army, they do various tests, MRI -Ove, projections. The same way is in the draft and combine yourself, you have to do the same things. The kind of funny thing,” for the Fox News Digital in the recent interview is Jeanty.

Jeanty tasted what his father did while he was in service when he and his father visited General Mitchell Air National Guard in Milwaukee in partnership with USA.

“It really was irregular. My relationship with my father, he was in the army, but also a grateful USAA for partnership, partner Salute to Service. Visit National Garda Milwaukee, get into life, see what they are really doing. I play Call of Duty, but that’s not real life,” Jenty joked.

“It was cool to see their daily process and how much everything is in detail, what they do everyday. We would not be able to do what we do without their service.”

“It was a drug. I think the biggest thing was just to see how detailed everything was and how little room for mistakes and mistakes. Little anyone, honestly. They do it every day, so precision and attention to details is amazing. It gave me more gratitude for what they do and how they protect us every day.”

Jeanty said he could understand a lot more about his father everyday when he was older.

“I wouldn’t give too many details exactly what they were doing. Now that I’m older, he tells me about things that happened on board and similar things. I was so young before, so I didn’t really understand it. But now, there are definitely talks,” Jeanty said.
