Todric McGee dead at 21 after possible gun accident

State footballer Missouri Todic McGree died on Saturday from what the police said that maybe accidentally self-tired shooting.

The incident happened on Friday at his house, and the body was found after Springfield, Missouri, police responded to the home to check wellness.

He died the next morning at the age of 21.

“As I sit back and think about the last 24 hours, think about Todic’s contagious smile and competitive spirit are the things I see the most,” Coach Ryan Beard wrote in the x post.

“There is no greater honor of the coach and this is something we do not take lightly. You watch young people become men in front of your eyes and they become a part of what you are. You love these guys like their sons. On behalf of the deepest football family, we send our deepest condolences to Todrika. Please peace and know that they will be on our heart.”

“Our football family is in shock and regrets the loss of Todrica,” Beard said in another statement, via ESPN. “We ask everyone to respect his family’s privacy And our football team at the moment as we start the healing process. Join us in prayer for Todric and the people who loved him. “

Added Athletic Director Patrick Ransdell, “This tragedy has shook our football program to the core, and we want them to know that we are here to support them in every way in this extremely difficult time.”

McGee was the initial safety of the program every of the last two seasons and was about to get into her fifth year with the program.
