Illinois uses a similar booklet as the one who used Maine in his lasting feud with Trump’s administration for this issue, citing state -laws on human rights as an obstacle to the ban on biological men in girls sports.

“As a result of the previous one, the compliance with the executive command could be expelled from the Illinois Act and vice versa,” the Chairman of the IHSA -ESA CEO of Tully wrote in a letter.

Tully added that Ihsa is in a “unsustainable position” while the organization seeks clarity in conflicting directions from state authorities and Trump administration.

“A narrative that seeks to politicize the response of IHSA is growing. However, as it obviously explains in a copy of the letter stated below, Ihs seeks clarity in conflict state and federal law so we can remain in accordance,” the IHSA statement said.

In March, the Illinois GOP deputies sent their letter to Ihs -asking what the body would do to change politics after the adoption of Trump’s executive order. Transgender athletes are allowed to compete in girls’ sports at Illinois since 2011.

In response to the recent announcement of IHSA, several distinguished GOP state lawmakers spoke opposition to the rule.

The envoy of Blaine Wilhour, who led the initiative to send the first letter of IHS for problems, told Fox News Digital to invite the school districts and school committees in Illinois to bring local resolution resolution that prohibit the Sports Girls Sports Trans Athletes.

“I think every school district must make it clear that we protect the holiness of girls’ sports and believe in the local control of those decisions,” Wilhour said. “I would demand that all your local environments take this view and do so. Because when there is push, we win in these issues, but we just need people to be brave and go out and work right.”

Wilhour condemned the Government of JB Pritzker and the Democratic majority in the legislative body of the state for state laws that allow for a transition involvement in girls’ sports. Wilhour added that he calls on Trump’s administration to intervene and potentially reduce financing in response.

“The whole policy is sick. Either you believe in fair competition or not. The Democratic Party today, and especially JB Pritzker, does not believe in FER competition. They have awakened their ideology with the protection of girls in sports,” Wilhour said.

“[The Trump administration is] I will have to hire myself here, and the influence they have is federal funding. Every year we take millions of federal financing from the Government. And we don’t really enjoy a situation where it would stay. … but I’ll take the risk of doing the right thing. … The ban on boys to participate in maiden sports is the right thing, so we have to do difficult things to do so. ”

Wilhour also encouraged Ihs to cancel the state government’s direction and prohibit trans -athletes from a athlete from girls.

Maine has already seen the kind of intervention that Wilhour calls, both internally and federally.

The Maine School District 70 moved to a ban on trans athletes from the sport of girls and in accordance with Trump, defying the state law at the beginning of this week.

Maine has already recorded federal funding that has reduced the US Ministry of Agriculture, and the Ministry of Justice has launched a lawsuit against the state for its permanent defiance of Trump’s orders.
