College football: Bill Belichick reportedly ruffling feathers at UNC

It’s no secret Bill Belichick He runs a tight ship, but his style is obviously rubbing some people on Chapel Hill in the wrong way.

Belichick, who turned 73 on Wednesday, took UNC football coaching job In December after the tar heels crossed Mack Brown.

The 2024 football season was Belichick’s first in almost 50 years. He had interviews, but he never got a job and eventually took off the season, except for some media appearances.

Belichick allegedly led cards in some NFL jobs before taking over the UNC gig, including New York Jets. It was also announced that Tom Brady and Belichick had shared some interest, but nothing never came true.
