Good morning. It’s a holiday weekend for most of our readers, very happy Christmas and happy Passover to those who celebrate. This is also a day from up to the stock market in the USand a good time to reflect on some broader business lessons. Next leadership is the weekly podcast I joined with Kristin Soller, where we talked to the luminous parts of their industries, their career paths and their views on the business field.

We recently served ROBLOX CEO AND COFOUNDER DAVID BASZUCKI To discuss how to hit the gaming platform, drawing more than 85 million per day users and 2.8 million developers. As a father of four, Baszucki discussed the importance of salvation: for users, creators, and brands. “Listening even a bad experience from a person on the platform really gives everyone to see when we increase the standard,” he said.

On a personal level, he wants to change the ROBLOX experience for people who work there, “thinking about our employees and healing our healing of our core to operate the company.” He also mentioned his philanthropic task in metabolic health, inspired by the impact of the diet of symptoms of his son. That stimulates him to pay attention to his or her own sleep, food and health routine, which he says critical for effective leadership.

We also recently talked with Scott Boatwright, the CEO of Chipotle about how he hardened Ai in the restaurant chain, his response to tariffs, and his relationship with Brian Niccol, his owner and present CEO of Starbucks. You can listen to that stage here. And this period last week was Wendy’s Coo Kirk Tanner. We are talking about Tanner’s formal experience at PepsicoHis expansion plans and how consumer behavior announced his way. Here’s a link to that stage. You can also download the podcast to eat or apple. Let us know who you want to hear from future stages and, as often, we accept your feedback.
