Federal large jury in New York On Thursday, the 26-year-old accused him of traveling across the state lines by bus to chase Thompson, with the intention of harassing, intimidating and killing.
Hitting, they claim, culminated in the manginals using a firearm for committing murder. The authorities state that he used the weapon “consciously and in the purpose of the end of the crime.”

The indictment accuses him of acting with the reckless disrespect of human life, noting that he intentionally killed Thompson. His actions, prosecutors claim, have taken others to a serious risk and have been carried out with a significant break.

Thompson, 50, visited New York City at a publicly announced shareholder conference. Mangionone was charged with chasing him and then sitting outside the conference. He faces numerous accusations, including murder related to terrorism, and reportedly reportedly wrote about his disgust in the health insurance industry.

He also faces state accusations in Pennsylvania, where he was arrested after a weekly Manhunt in December 2024.
