“This is only more of the same nonsense than a gang of conspirators and their lawyers who continue to abuse the judicial system to try to ruin Nick Carter,” the statement said. “This was pulled out of the same predictable book – it lies in a decade for decades until Mr. Carter celebrates a professional turning point, then hide behind the privilege of litigation to make extremely false claims in an attempt to cause maximum damage to Nick and his family.”
His representative added: “Nick does not remember ever meeting Laura Penly. He certainly never had a romantic or sexual relationship with her. Ever. The person who presents these claims has a documented history of financial and legal problems, has applied for bankruptcy and sued for fraud. And regardless of health challenges.
“Not only will we fight this, we will seek sanctions against her legal team to enable this frivolous action.”
Penly claimed that she initially had a “sexually intimate relationship” with Carter and that she would see the singer “every few weeks” when she visited his Hollywood apartment.
She claimed to ask Carter to wear protection during their encounters, but he refused and led Penly to believe “he was pure from sexually transmitted diseases”, ” According to the documents.

“The influences of Carter’s sexual attacks are constantly causing a prosecutor of severe emotional trouble, physical anxiety, medical problems, questions of intimacy and other complex traumas,” the lawsuit said.
She also claimed that she had suffered the constant harassment of Backstraet Boys fans after being invited to witness the presentation that included other survivors of Carter’s alleged sexual abuse.
Penly’s lawsuit is the fourth lawsuit for sexual abuse against Carter in recent years.
Pop star Melissa Schuman The lawsuit was filed in 2023 by accusing Carter of sexual battery and sexual abuse, according to the court documents received by Fox News Digital.

Carter denied the allegations through his lawyer and endured the counter.
