Two men were accused of forcing a woman into a vehicle and a gun was fired during an altercation.

She was then taken to the hospital where the detective spoke to her and reportedly said that she thought the men were killing her after they were shooting her.

After identifying Sanabria Ojed, he was arrested before investigators searched his hotel, where they allegedly located jewelry owned by a woman who was abducted.
“Post Miranda (Rights), Sanabria stated that he had participated in the abduction, theft of vehicles, robbery and killing of” ladies “known to investigators as (victim),” the arrest report said.
