The American Union of Civic Freedom (ACLU) from Indiana filed a lawsuit against Trump’s administration on Tuesday, claiming that the status of seven international students is the law in Indiana They were reportedly abolished without explanation.

Prosecutors claimed that international students were allowed to continue their studies and maintain the status of legal residence even after being seized.
The lawsuit asked the US district court to allow seven international students to continue their studies by returning their status. A temporary restraint order has also been asked to provide students with direct protection, according to Indiana ACLU.
Among students appointed in a lawsuit, six are Chinese citizens participating Purdue University or Indiana University Indianapolis. Another student is a Nigerian citizen who attends Notre Dame University. Two of seven named students were expected to graduate next month.
“The impact on these students is deep, and now they live in fear that they will be deported at any time,” Falk continued. “We invite the court to take immediate steps to stop these illegal actions.”
