Pernell was arrested by Clayton County Sheriff in Clayton County in Georgia’s state for possessing a stolen motorcycle and attempting to avoid arrest in July 2023.

Police also found a stolen 9mm gun in Pernell’s possession during an arrest.

Pernell located agents from multiple agencies and arrested in the Savannah area, where he was taken into custody without an incident.

Officials said Pernell faces accusations that he is an alien in possession of weapons, And the trial will be judged for the murder after he is producing back to St. Lucia.
