Trump ordered Pamo Bonda Attorney General to respond to Collins, who said that Abrego Garcia was illegally in the country, and previously immigration courts ruled as a member of the transnational terrorist group MS-13. It was “up to El Salvador” if he wanted to bring him back, she said.

White house advisor Stephen Miller also inserted Trump to answer Collins, saying that “he is very arrogant even that the US media suggests that we even tell El Salvador to deal with his own citizens.” He added that since Trump declared MS-13 to a foreign terrorist suit, Abrego Garcia was not acceptable for immigration relief in the US
While the court ordered the US government to carry out “steps to facilitate the return of” the man removed last month, the Ministry of Justice claimed that Federal courts have no authority to dictate the executive authorities to deal with external relationships and that the order requires only the removal of “domestic obstacles” that would interfere with man’s ability to return to the US
The Supreme Court supported the decision of the US District Judge Paul Xinis, saying that Abrego Garcia had to return, saying that “it properly demands the Government to” facilitate “the release of the detention from custody in El Salvador and to ensure that his case is resolved because he was not irregular in El Salvador.” However, Trump’s administration framed the decision as a victory that confirmed the president’s power over foreign policy.
