“The AP decision to apply the same criminal label to the prosecutor-in-law’s law and court acts-he complains about the false or reckless disrespect of the truth. AP knew exactly what the phrase and the word” smuggling “meant,” Young’s lawyer wrote.
“AP has not issued any withdrawal or correction. His false accusation continues to spread around the world via the AP network, Mr. Young’s reputation is devastating and injuring the prosecutor’s job,” the lawsuit continues. “He has already struggled to clean his name once, Mr. Young is now forced to sue another main media entrance.”
Young believes that AP has acted with real wickedness and is looking for “compensation more than $ 50,000.00, without interest, costs and law fees,” the application is submitted.
Young people are likely to change a lawsuit to add criminal damage.

Associated Press did not immediately respond to the comment request.

“The Associated Press not only repeated CNN’s lie – they escalated her. After the jury found that CNN was responsible for defamation and criminal damage. AP doubled and fakes Mr. Younga criminals,” said Lustig, a Pike & Lustig partner, said Fox News Digital.
Michael Pike, also a Pike & Lustig partner, added: “AP knew the truth. They neglected her. Now he will face the same courtroom and the same prosecutor who has already proven that the media can be responsible.”
Last month, Young filed a similar lawsuit Against PUCK News for the alleged “Republic of CNN’s Croatian defamation lies”. Appeal against Puck was amended on Thursday to add criminal damage.
