Two American citizens were arrested by agents El Centro Secro Caring and Grancs Protection (CBP) earlier this week, according to the agency.
The female driver and passenger, both unnamed, were transported by two girls, at the age of 10 and 12, when they approached the immigration control point of the highway 86 nearby Westmorland, California.
