Texas man accused of threatening online Us immigration and customs implementation Agents and Minister of Homeland Security Kristi Noem ordered a judge on Wednesday to stay in prison.
Robert King, 35, who was charged with the transfer of interstate threats in the Federal Court on Monday, ordered him to stay in custody by US magistrate Renee Toliver after a Dallas heard on Wednesday afternoon, Fox News confirmed.
Toliver said King was the risk of flight and the risk of community, which fasted its verdict, despite his lawyer claiming that there were no previous charges, weapons and sought treatment for mental health problems, including depression and suicide thought.

The king was arrested in Mckinney, Texas, March 29 after allegedly posted threats on Facebook to ICE Agents and Noem.
In the first post, King shared the PBS Newshour article and wrote: “I honestly hope, and I mean it with all my heart, that Christ calls She meets a terrible and painful death, I hope she will be tried at the war criminal court with other Nazis when this is over and I hope she will be separated in Gulaga. Nothing less for Nazi gills. This is America now a Nazi fascist state. Disgusting. “
He then threatened to kill the agent of Ice to another post, where he described them as “a secret police power without a true legal authority,” adding that he “opens the fire” on them if he sees agents in his neighborhood. A few days later he doubled on the threat.

“I just want to double on what I said the other day: if the ice comes to your neighborhood, f ****** shoot them and kill them. No mercy for Gestapo,” King wrote, according to federal prosecutors.

King will remain in the detention of Kaufman County, although the lawyer wants to convey it elsewhere, so he has access to mental health and other medicines.
