The teenage girl was attacked by McDonald’s employee after trying to get a sauce to dip from the counter after nobody offered her service, according to court documents.
According to a statement he examined and received Fox News Digital, Akeena Sampson, 31, worked in St. Petersburg McDonald’s April 4, when she “knew or deliberately” abused the baby.
Just after 2:15 pm, the report said, a 17-year-old girl walked behind a counter at a restaurant to grab a ranch after not supposedly employed by employees.
Mayhem took place after the teenager went back to the lobby when Sampson rushed toward the girl and grabbed her by the hand, read the statement.

The victim then tried to get rid of Sampson, who grabbed the sacrifice by the neck and began to choke before knocking her down to the ground.
Sampson then continued to suffocate the victim while on the ground, the report said.

Pinellas district records show that Sampson held $ 2500 bonds, but he has since been bounded.

She was also ordered to be kept away from her job and had no contact with the victim.
Fox News Digital addressed McDonalds for comment, but did not immediately get an answer.
