‘Duck Dynasty’ star Phil Robertson’s family shares Alzheimer’s diagnosis update

“Duck Dynasty” Star family, Phil Robertson, gave an update of the health of the family patriarch, a few months after the diagnosis of his Alzheimer’s disease.

In the episode 2 of April 2, Podcast “UnaShed to with the Robertson Family”, sons Jase and Al Robertson, and their cousin, Zach Dasher, found that Phil was not going well.

“Question number 1 I get everywhere I go [is]’How is your father?’ Now I’m just giving a blunt truth. I say, “It’s not good,” Jase said.

He added that Phil is now receiving “some professional care.”

Jase also shared that Zach recently visited Phil and had a hard time with Philin’s condition.

“I crept myself when Zach was out … and I said, ‘How did that go? “” He recalled. “And Zach just lost it, you know, and somehow I realized at the moment you are in those battles day by day, somehow divide everything just so you can deal with it.”

“Let’s make it comfortable and do the best we can. I think it’s just what you do,” Jase said.

Zach also experienced the effects of Alzheimer’s with his own mother. He said the visit was partly difficult because he had not seen Phil for some time, and his decline appeared more intense than the daily experience of the immediate family.

“I think when you are in it, you, you see faded. But I haven’t been around or seen it for a few months. That’s how I go in and that’s like” Who, “he said, comparing it to Si Robertson, who has a similar experience with Zach’s mom.

“I said a lot about dementia and Alzheimer’s. But I think everyone in our audience who went through her … This will echo with them – to talk a lot about how to steal memories of those who have a disease, “he said.

Zach continued, “But for me, the theft is also the memory of those who care for people who have a disease, because you see that slow progress over time, which is just hard to watch.”

“We appreciate prayers,” Jase said about the outburst of family support, friends and fans.

He first shared the decline of his father’s health in December, saying on the podcast that Phil had “an early Alzheimer’s disease.”

“It’s like accelerating and creating problems with his whole body. And he has an early phase of Alzheimer’s illness. So if you put up these things, he really doesn’t go well. Fighting,” Jase said at the time.

Willie RobertsonPhil’s son, he also spoke with Fox News Digital on the time and explained that Phil was currently “fighting many different things”.

“There is a blood disorder and then has mental problems that could be early [on-set] Alzheimer’s … and probably some mini-gno because of his blood, “Willie explained.” And so, that could happen some things with a stroke. So, we still check all that. But then he also has a back question. He released his back and there was pain. So, at the same time, he struggles with many different things. “
