Lawyer of Carmel Anthony, a Texas high school A student charged with a colleague of a 17-year-old student-athlete student Austin Metcalf until his death during a conflict at a meeting on Wednesday, plans to request that his $ 1 million bond be lowered, the report said.

Anthony, a student-athlete student from Frisco Centennial High School in Texas, has been charged Murder after allegedly stabbed Metcalf, 17, junior in a memorial high school in Frisac, until death on Wednesday morning for sitting dispute.
The school resources officer was the first to arrive and face Anthony, the arrest report states Fox 4.
“I gave the suspect’s instructions to hold my hands up in the air. During this time, the suspect said orally loudly,” I protected myself, “
The suspect also allegedly told the police officer that Metcalf had “put his hands on him.”

When a clerk told others that he had allegedly suspected in custody, Anthony obviously said: “I did not supposedly. I managed it,” the arrest report said by Fox 4.
“He put his hands on me. I told him no,” Anthony said as the authorities belonged to the teenager to the police vehicle.
Anthony also asked the officers if Metcalf would “be okay” and whether what happened could be considered “self -defense,” Fox 4 reported, citing a police document.

Metcalf’s twin brother, Hunter, who spoke at “The Will Cain Show” on Wednesday with his bereaved mother Meghan, recalled the moment he saw his brother a wound to his chest after an altercation with Anthony.
“I tired my head around, and then, suddenly, I see him running down the bleach just grabbing his chest. … I put my hand there I tried to make [the bleeding] Stop, and I grabbed him and looked into his eyes. I just saw his soul leaving, and my soul needed to be, “Hunter said.

The stitch apparently happened after Metcalf asked Anthony to move under the memorial high school tent, and Anthony replied: “Touch me and see what is happening,” the witness said.
Metcalf “grabbed” him, and Anthony pulled out the knife and broke out, police said.
