“No matter how hard it is for me, they are crazy because they will never break my spirit,” Santos announced on the X on Friday after the US lawyer ended the court for the Eastern New York district.
Santos has already agreed to serve at least two years in prison, and it was expected to be convicted in February, but asked the court to delay the sentence until he could earn enough money from his Podcasta to pay almost $ 600,000 he owed to restrictions and seizure.
Prosecutors claimed that he had been going out about $ 800,000 from the Cameo appearance, and the previous reports suggested that he charged $ 350 pop for videos containing his dear alter ego Kitar Rawhe. Santos had previously denied that he ever dressed as a queen dear or hanging out with dear queens.
Prosecutors claimed on Friday that Santos had guaranteed a significant sentence because his “unparalleled crimes” “mocked” the Electoral System of the Earth.
“From his creation of a fully fictional biography to his cheeky theft of money from older and weakened donors, Santos unrestrained greed and loud appetite for glory allowed him to take advantage of the system by which we choose our representatives,” the office wrote.

They wrote that he had been unwavering for years and blown his crimes investigations as “witch hunting.”
They also said that his claims about Kaynja after admitted to the guilt of “Ring Hollow” and suggested that he had a “very likelihood of re -behavior”, since he had not taken away any of his wicked gains or returned any of his victims.
Lawyers claim that such a sentence is in line with those who have been handed over to former US ambassador Jesse Jackson younger and other political figures facing similar financial crimes.
Santos’s legal team requested a two -year sentence in a court report on Friday. His lawyer, Andrew Mancilla, said prosecutors sell a false narrative court.
“The government wants titles, not justice. This vindictive 87-month-old request neglects the norms of punishment for similar cases,” Mancilla said.
The freshman was expelled for a year in his first term in the House after a report on the damn committee for ethics, which found that he had abused the campaign on the campaign on luxury items and are justamong other things. He was not convicted of a crime at the time.

During his campaign, Santos claimed that he attended New York University, that he worked at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup, and that his grandparents fled the Nazis during World War II. None of these claims were true.
Santos was once declared a growing political star after transferring a suburban neighborhood that covers the wealthy northern coast of Long Iceland and a slice of New York district Queens 2022.
