7-year-old Nevada girl died After being hit on Saturday with a fall in the ski resort, the officials said.
Adelyn Grimes, from Renoa, Nev., Has identified the office of the Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner after the incident at Diamond Peak ski resort in the village of Incline, only miles from the shores of Lake Tahoe.
“The unexpected death of a child is an unimaginable loss that no one could prepare for,” Sabina Grimes wrote in Gofundme, Aunt Grime. “Our beloved brother and sister have suffered a significant loss by the recent passing of their precious daughter Addie.”

Medical services were alerted to “the accident that did not ski a child” that included a child “at the ski resort around 3:38 pm on Saturday, March 29, a resort in a statement.
“The Diamond Peak Ski Patrol immediately responded and provided first aid while the emergency services were on the way,” the statement said. “Despite the best efforts of an emergency team, the child succumbed to their injuries.”
Fox News Digital confirmed that its cause of death ruled the “random” office of the Washoe Regional Medical Examiner.
The medical examiner’s office said her young girl had died of a blunt force injury neck.

The Washoe County Sheriff, which explores death, described the incident as a “accident that was not skied”, calling it “tragic.”

The child was a member of the Sugar Bowl race, who competed in the skiing championship under the age of 12 at the resort, Reno Gazette magazine reported.
“The whole family of Diamond Peak ski resort was deeply influenced by the tragedy that happened on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at the resort,” said the resort.
