Eric Adams corruption case dismissed with prejudice

The judge on Wednesday rejected the corruption indictment against New York Mayor Eric Adams.

The US District Judge Dale E. Ho, from the southern New York district, rejected the case against Adams prejudice, which means that he cannot return again.

The Ministry of Justice Biden claimed that Adams had inappropriately used his position as a mayor to seek illegal contributions to the campaign and luxury trips of foreign nationals from Turkey, businessmen and others.
