Caine’s reputation of an aggressive pilot fighter gained his nickname “Razin Caine”.
Caine, who flew F-16, also spent time as the main military connection of the CIA, an air Guard officer and the founder of the regional airline in Texas. He was an associate of the White House at the Department of Agriculture and Expert of the Anti -Terrorism at the White House Home Council.
