The Court of the South Korea’s Constitution Issuing the long-expected rule of President Yoon Ioo Iol Suk Friday, months after he was suspended Declaration of martial law.
December 3 of Yoon returns civilian rule to fall in South Korea in political turmoil, after he sent armed soldiers to Parliament.
Lawmakers rejected the troops to vote the scale and impection of Yoon afterwards, but the months of political economy lead to political limbs and to go to the Limald Trump in the region with Tarko.
The court has held weeks of impeachment hearings to determine whether to officially remove yoon from office, and then took weeks to deliberate on the case, giving rise to a surge in speculation with some suggesting the justices must be experiencing intense disagreements.
“Judging the case with impeachment by the President of April 4, 2025 in the Constitutional Court,” as the court of a statement on Tuesday.
For yoon taken from the office, at least six of the eight-by-court’s justice should vote in favor. Confirmation of his impeachment can cause elections to be held within 60 days.
Hundreds of thousands of South Koreans rallied for and against Yoon each week at Central Seoul.
Yoon, a former bearer, was trapped in January in inservation cases but released early March on the grounds. He remained opposed to fully and blamed a “harmful” objection.
He also served the president of the South Korea’s president to stand trial in a criminal case, facing cases of martial law bid.
“After the four-month wait, the constitutional court finally responded to people,” the spokesman of the opposition Democratic Party.
“We believe that the court will demonstrate strong determination to recognize the constitutional order and establishment of the principles of the Republic of Korea by removing younk suk, from the office.”
Yoon party says the court’s actions will issue a rule, saying that the judge is “fair” and does not undergo further social trouble.
The Power Power Party “respects and accepts the court’s decision, and after the rule, the parties of the rule and objection … must lead to national unity,” The Kweon Seong-Dong PPP Pult Meeting time day.
If the Constitutional Court decides to formalize the President, it will prompt the election, that the leader of the opposition Lee Jae-Myung-myung today is winning.
A court appeal last week was punched the conviction of election law against Lee, which could clean the way for him to mount the leadership campaign.
But if it was returned to appeal before the election, he was obtained in his parliament’s seat and was forbidden to run for the office for five years, including the next voting of president.
Leif-Eric is easy, a professor of Ewha University in Seoul, said that Lee’s rule may have shown “many Korea reads the leaves of political tea”.
“This is the judiciary who seeks to translate the law for the past three years to determine the South Korean political crisis to solve an election instead of the courts.”
In a separate case, the constitutional court last week was dismissed by the impeachment of the Prime Minister of Duck-Soo, which was suspended the President to declare Martial Law.
Experts say that rule does not have a direct rigorous correlation of the pending decision on yoon impeachment, because it does not focus on the legality of the Martial Law itself.
