Trump vs Maine: HHS’ OCR refers Maine’s ‘noncompliance of Title IX’ to DOJ

The Office of Civic Rights (OCR) of the US Ministry of Health and Human Services (HHS) said Maine’s “disrespect” with respect to ” Title IX rules Ministry of Justice for conduct.

Maine continued to defy the president Donald Trump Executive order to ban trans athletes from women and girls sports. HHS gave the state for 10 days to correct its policies with a signed agreement or refer to the risk of the Ministry of Justice.

“Today, OCR directed Maine’s mismatch with the title IX on @thejusticept to spend in court in order to continue to illegally enable men to compete against women,” the Department of the X report announced.

“HHS will continue to protect women’s sports and maintain promises on IX title for women and girls in America.”

Fox News Digital addressed the office of Maine Janet Mills and the office of General lawyer Maine Aaron Freya for comment.
