California school district apologized after a American border patrol Recruiter denied the “inadvertent” this week’s approach to a high school career fair, saying that what happened is a “misunderstanding”.
The unique Coachella Valley school district said the recruit of the border patrol was “inadvertently refused” to enter the Coachella Valley High School High School Fair on Wednesday.
“We want to clearly say that we do not approve of such behavior, and the appropriate disciplinary measures will be taken with the members of the staff involved to ensure that this is not repeated,” the statement said in the district.

“Our students have greatly appreciated the valuable interactions and insights that they have gained through their career learning in law enforcement and border patrol,” continued. “We recognize the importance of providing our students in real career capabilities.”
District added that he welcomes the presence of a border patrol at any future career fairs in his three high schools.
The head of the American sector of the Border Patrol Gregory Bovino wrote about the incident on X, which prompted him to ask, “The agenda in schools?”

In the next post, he thanked the school district for their apology.
“We look forward to continuing our relationship with them in favor of our youth and students,” he wrote.
On Wednesday, there were 36 suppliers at the career fair, Sun reported. Bovino said that the US border patrol was invited to participate in the Faculty of Faculty and Career for three years to promote a career in federal law implementation.

Earlier this year, the district began to equip schools with red cards, also known as “know your rights” to help people confirm their rights and defend themselves if they encounter Federal Immigration authoritiesreported newspapers.
Last week, the School Board approved a policy that deals with the concerns related to immigration, including how to respond to immigration.
