A New Jersey federal judge temporarily blocked Trump’s administration to separate two members of the transgender service from the Air Force.
The decision is the second case when the federal judge ruled against Trump’s administration because he seeks to conduct a ban on transgender people to serve in the military.
American District Judge Christine O’Hearn, appointed former president Joe BidenHe issued a temporary, 14-day limiting order on Monday to prevent Trump’s administration from performing his commands and to throw out the SGT master. Logan Ireland and SGT staff. Nicholas bear is excreted from the service.
In particular, O’Hearn said that Ireland and almonds showed that their separation from the service would adversely affect their career as well as their reputation.
O’Hearn also said that their “inadvertent loss of decorated military status, military health care, and the ability to serve their country in accordance with the policy in which it has been faithfully adhered to for years, cannot be improved with cash.”
“The loss of military service under the stigma of a policy that targets gender identity is not only a loss of employment; it is a deep disorder of personal dignity, medical continuity and public service,” O’Hearn said in a judgment on Monday.

Pentagon Fox News Digital referred to the Ministry of Justice for comment. The Ministry of Justice said Fox News Digital that he “vigorously defended” Trump’s executive commands, including an executive order to defend women who prescribe that there are only two sexes: male and female.
“This is the latest example of an activist judge who tried to use power to the detriment of the American people, who voted for superiorly by choosing President Trump,” said a spokesman for the Ministry of Justice.
In January, Trump signed an executive command that forbids the serving of the army by transgender individuals, which encouraged the Minister of Defense Pete Hegsetth Follow in February with orders that directed each branch to start separating transgender troops within 30 days.

O’Hearn’s verdict comes after the American District Judge Ana Reyes of Washington, DC, blocked Trump’s administration to implement her ban on March 19. Reyes, in her opinion, said that the command of Trump’s administration was “soaked in Animus” and discriminated against on the basis of a person’s transgender person.
“Indeed, the cruel irony is that thousands of transgender persons who sacrificed themselves – some risked their lives – to provide others with the same rights of protection that military prohibition seeks to deny them,” Reyes wrote in the decision.
Trump has signed more than 90 executive commands since returning to the White House in January, encouraging more than 125 lawsuits against his administration.
