“He experienced hallucinations and was misleading that he had been attacked and that his family had been killed,” the police statement said. “His family, unconscious that he was the one who called 911 or fired a weapon, was found hiding on the floor inside their house, unharmed.”

When the police responded to the home, Salinas was seen walking down the street and took them to custody. He claimed to wear a ballistic vest, which was false, police said.

Authorities found more firearms and ammunition. Members of the Salinas family were unharmed, and the damage to the shooting was limited to this property, police said. They were not aware that Salinas called 911 and fired a weapon, the authorities said.

After taking their fingerprints, the authorities eventually learned that Salinas was a Mexican citizen who was illegally in the US.

“We are a nation of the law. When someone who has already had a custody who set up Ice can remain in the country, get fire weapons and freely enter the neighborhood with a gun, this is the failure of the implementation,” said public security deputy manager John Deleon. That has nothing to do with politics. That has everything to do with the protection of people. “
