Jessica Aber death: Family friend of former US attorney reveals insight into sudden death

Former State Attorney of the United States Whoever was found dead over the weekend suffered from a “longtime medical edition,” Fox News learned.

Aber worked as an American lawyer in the eastern district of Virginia from 2021 to 2025, appointed by former President Joe Biden. She stepped down from her position on January 20th, the same day when the president Donald Trump She assumed her duty and called her role “honor beyond the measure” in her resignation letter.

“I am deeply grateful to the Senators Mark Warner and the team of Kaine and President Biden for the opportunity to run this office and the Garland Attorney General at his stable leadership,” the lawyer wrote. “I am proud of the work we have done with our federal, state and local partners for law enforcement to implement the law and build trust in the community.”

In a statement published on the X Saturday, US State Attorney Pam Bonda expressed condolences over Aber’s death.

“The loss of Jessica Aber, a former US lawyer for Eastern Virginia County, is deeply tragic,” Bondi wrote. “Our hearts and prayers come out to her family and friends during this deep time.”
